Lyse was born and grew up in New Zealand. Later she studied classical flute in Australia and then lived in Nepal and India for several decades where she had the great good fortune to study with the former Dilgo Khyentse and Chadral Rinpoche. Deeply interested in strengthening the integration, mutual respect, kindness and understanding within
the Buddhist Sangha at large. Lyse wrote the series Shades of Awareness and maintains the blog Ever Here Now.
